In terms of working with automotive repair shops, I'd say what I like about Troy the best is that I can trust him to do what needs to be done and only what needs to be done. I never feel like he is trying to upsell me on a job. I always feel like he is trying to give me options, but will tell me what needs to be done in terms of safety. I've gotten to the point with him now where I can say, "if it was your vehicle, do what you would do with that," and he does. I like the decisions he makes. When he says it will be done at a certain time it's done. I can't think of a single time in the 6 or 7 years I've been going to him that I've ever had to take something back. It's always done right the first time.
