Wouldn't recommend this vet ONE bit. What an awful experience. I had rescued a tiny little kitten on the side of the road, a couple days later after I was trying to nurse it back to health, it got really sick. Afraid and extremely upset, I ran to the closest clinic. (mistake) The poor kitten was crying so hard in my arms and so was I as we walked in, immediately the two blondes in the front didn't give me the time of day. They both sat there there until finally I said that I think there was something seriously wrong with the kitten. The blonde told me to fill out a form, uhm really? This kitten is dying in my arms and you want me to fill out a form? I asked them to please just take the kitten now as I felt that she was going to die any minute and she was paralyzed from the neck down. She reached over quickly and grabbed the poor thing by the neck and bounced it around to the doctors office. I couldn't believe it, yes I know cats can be taken by the neck and not feel anything, but she was yelping as she pinched her by the neck. She could have at least cradled him for the time being to the office. All in all, the kitten died the next few minutes. But what a disappointment with the staff, at least recognize that to YOU, this pet may be meaningless, but to the owners, they're like our children. To see my paralyzed kitten being swung into the office by the neck and have the two unconcerned ladies at the front look at me like I'm crazy, I will NEVER be going to this clinic again. It was a very tragic event that happened to me and their staff made it even worse. I will say the doctor was amazing, very consoling. As for the rest of the staff, learn to connect with your patients and not be so insensitive. Don't go here!
