They requested the furniture be draped with blanket, then shrink wrap. The general manager made sure the movers wore white gloves, the fabric on the furniture came from France. I was promised the white gloves when carrying my beautiful furniture and they delivered. Some furniture pieces I own some that have been in my family for generations or I bought at Christies. They work with such detail and handled with expertise; they even tightened up screws and bolts carefully and put it inside of envelope. They put felt pads on the feet of my chairs and tables so that the floors wouldn't get scratched. When my furniture was delivered, the men set up my master suite exactly as they were in my beautiful house, even setting the area rug from England in that center of the room. They moved existing furniture at my home to make room looking the same without hesitation. They made sure that everything was exactly to my expectations. This was a very traumatic move for me but the manager, Mrs. Johnson, I have never felt better taking care of my move. Subsequently I have used those 15 years ago in my younger days! Apartment movers did a better job than the Van line did for my sister, in California.\r more

Henry & Harold did an Excellent job. Team arrived on time. Very pleasant and thorough. No damages. Moved everything incredibly efficiently move a 3000 Sift home. They drape my entire furniture bubble wrap my painting and Mirrors, cover my floor!\r more

My home was 4000 sqft home to 6000 sqft home, pack & unpack job, from Houston to Austin. We moved on June, 2013. Kyle’s 4 man crew. They are courteous, on Time, prepare with equipment and materials, professional and amazing at what they do. Not a single piece of furniture or my very expensive leather couch and crystal and china was damaged! All my art work was moved safe and sound in a “special box”. I can relax now. Special thanks to the General manager & Stacy. I highly recommend the whole entire company they were attend to my need.\r more

The Apartment did a great job, they had the answer to my need. The pack and unpack my loft, took my couch out the balcony, nice and easy. I will use them again.\r more

I will never use this company again. We will report them to the BBB, after several emails and phones calls we have not gotten a response from Jermy Wichman. They are less than professional. We got bad information from the beginning. The customer service rep did inventory with us and told us that we would only need them for 3 hours with ""a large truck"" and we went with it. Initially, we thought to pay the fixed rate. We paid for them hourly and I will never do that again (my lesson learned). When they should up, they had a small truck (this meant more trips and time). They moved extremely slow and we beat them back and forth from our old house to the new house each time. A couple of times my husband caught them standing around doing nothing. In the end we had to rent a uhaul to move our remaining items, my very expensive mattress pad was torn thanks to the movers. The funny thing was that I bought a mattress cover so this would not happen and the movers decided to take it off because ""they could not get a good grip"". We also have dent in our walls in our brand new home again thanks to the movers. We will never use this company again horrible experience. more
