I will never use this company again. We will report them to the BBB, after several emails and phones calls we have not gotten a response from Jermy Wichman. They are less than professional. We got bad information from the beginning. The customer service rep did inventory with us and told us that we would only need them for 3 hours with ""a large truck"" and we went with it. Initially, we thought to pay the fixed rate. We paid for them hourly and I will never do that again (my lesson learned). When they should up, they had a small truck (this meant more trips and time). They moved extremely slow and we beat them back and forth from our old house to the new house each time. A couple of times my husband caught them standing around doing nothing. In the end we had to rent a uhaul to move our remaining items, my very expensive mattress pad was torn thanks to the movers. The funny thing was that I bought a mattress cover so this would not happen and the movers decided to take it off because ""they could not get a good grip"". We also have dent in our walls in our brand new home again thanks to the movers. We will never use this company again horrible experience.
