Male owner is a jerk 7/22/2019

Went in to get repairs scheduled for my pontoon, was ignored and passed over while waiting. When i finally got help i was basically shushed on my customer service complaint. When i told him to let me finish he told me to leave because he doesn't know me. When i drop over $25,000 @ your store i dont expect to get treated like crap. The owner's reaction are inexcusable. Why would i want to go back? All the good will Candy (owner's sister) bought vanished because her brother was such a jerk. more

Good Job Guys 10/6/2018

Bought a older 1992 Rinker 206 Captiva. Was having trouble finding a marina to work on it because of the age. I walked into Thayer blind not knowing anything about the company. Tom Mccutchen greeted us as we pulled up, no questions asked. I told him I was in for winterization, wrap, storage, impeller, etc. Took us into showroom, wrote it up, met a few of the employees. Everyone was GREAT. Everyone we talked to treated us like family and made us feel comfortable with no hesitation to leave our boat there. I would drive the extra few miles from Lansing to have my boat maintained. I felt for everything we had done, it was a fair price. And the wife of coarse is in love with the dogs. :) more
