That Look

I was in the area for a few days and needed a mani , pedi and hair color . After going online I found That Look and decided to take a chance . \r The staff were very friendly and I got a great color and blow dry from Courtney . My pedicure was good but my manicure started to peel off the next day . \r I went back and they touched up my manicure ( the original.manicurist was off) and the next day all of the other nails peeled completely . \r I did not go back as I was leaving that morning . \r Great service from the hair salon but I was disappointed with my manicure . more

In my honest opinion, That Look offers any and everything I could want and/or hope for in a salon. I've been a client there since I was little, and i've seen three of the twenty some odd stylists who work there. They all did a fantastic job! I go every five weeks, to retouch my color, and six to get it trimmed. Since my first visit, I have had nothing but good experiences when i've gone. The staff are kind and personable, and willing to help us clients out when need be. The stylists give their professional input, and will not hesitate to be honest about the way a certain style will look on you [in the kindest way possible!] as well as alter the style to fit your look. I just moved to the area and was nervous about going to a new salon. I was highly reccomended to That Look by co-workers. The building is great. It is in an old church, it's very bright, open and an inviting atmosphere. My stylist Rachel, listened to what I wanted and gave a faboulous cut! I will see her next week for a color. Pros: great service and atmoshere there is also a nice little coffee bar & small jewlery store downstairs Cons: they do not offer body waxing or massage. also i like paul mitchelle products and they do not carry more

I have been a client for many years and this salon is quiet unique. It is in a church and has great natural lighting and a very open floor space. The reception staff are very nice and downstairs they do nails, pedicures and waxing. There are many people working who are all very friendly and very knowledageable. My stylist is great! I always get an excellent cut and color, and I love it. They use and recommend Redken products and most of the staff attends advanced education classes. They also have in salon education 2-4 times a year. My experience has always been great because of the communication that exists between me and my stylist, she listens to me and I love the results. I got my haircolored there the other day and I could not believe how much the stylist knew about this field. She had all the newest ideas and explained everything she was doing and why she did it. I found out how to actually use the products she suggested to get my hair the same way she styled it. I can not even tell you how many compliments I've gotten on my hair since then. ITs also in a really neat old church but the setup is awesome. I am actually considering getting hairextensions there and wouldnt go anywhere else. I love my hair!
