I went to this restaurant for lunch a few days ago and ordered #50, their drunken noodles. It was very good, but extremely spicy! So if you're not used to spicy food, I would recommend not ordering anything with two peppers next to it. Two of my other co-workers ordered the same thing, though, and they didn't have a problem with the spiciness so it could be just me.
It also had a pretty good vegetarian selection--a few of my coworkers are vegetarian and they enjoyed the eggplant dish.
The atmosphere was nice; the decor was a bit more grungy than most Thai restaurants, in keeping with its name, I suppose. The service was prompt, too: I drank up my water really quickly due to the food spiciness, but the waiters were prompt about coming over and refilling everybody's drinks.
I would definitely go back again, but this time I would tell them to make everything one pepper. Or a half pepper.
