This place is a JOKE! Ann Ann Ann ext 209 WOW!!!! I am amazed and amused at how rude a person can be I hope that this business records some of her conversations like I did . She is big harm and the desease to that company . I called about making an appt for my adult son for him while he was at work . she wasn't worried about making an appt she wanted 50 dollars that was due 13 years ago? the kid was 10 and now as an adult new patient he could not schedule with out paying his mothers bill . that she paid to the dr. who got smart and moved her practice and got out of there. plus thousands more they could care less about that . I was willing to keep her in a job and give the business more money !! she hollared!! and hollared I hope she was in her own room . lol. and told me there was other dermatologist in mckinney !!! Like she was the only place in town . i have no problem driving to mckinney . i work there =) anyway the rudest person i have every spoken with!!! I also have read oth more

Would never go to another clinic as long as they were in the area. Have taken care of all our family needs for years and have no complaints whatsoever. I would trust Dr. Koone and his medical decisions to the fullest. Great Staff, meticulous offices, usually no waiting. You won't be disappointed in this facility. more

I am a long time patient of this office and will continue to be. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have seen several of the doctors in this clinic and have had nothing but postive experiences. The doctors are always caring and concerned when I go. I have never had to sit and wait for my appointment either. One of the best doctors offices I have been to in a long time. more

Dr. Koone is a really great doctor. I actually drive from Dallas to Sherman to see him. He caught an issue that I had that was very obscure and kept testing me to get a proper diagnosis. He personally called me after hours to make sure I understood all the results and his nurses were amazing as well. I had a very good experience with Dr. Koone and his nurses and will continue to drive the hour it takes to go to his office. He also comes highly recommended by many doctors in Dallas, as he did practice in Dallas for some years before moving to Sherman. more

Unfortunately, this office still feels it is the only dermatologist office in town and treats its patients accordingly. I got into some poison ivy and it ringed my eye causing some concern for my vision. I called on a Thursday afternoon and was told the doctors were through for the day though they were still in the office but would not see me til Monday because they were off on Friday. The staff recommended I go to an urgent care facility. I'm very disappointed in their uncaring attitude. This is not a critical situation but one causing quite a concern due to the location of the poison ivy (my eye!). Of, course, most dermatological issues are not critical ones; seems they are more interested in a nine to five job not a professional one. more

Rooms at Texoma Dermatology Clinic are very clean and queit, as should be. The dcotors talk to you on a person to person level so you an understand everything they say. Prices arent bad either. more
