Jim Stewart was professional and knowledgeable. Everything was completed as promised and on time. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Worst

The roof and gutters look good , but job is still not finished. Columns on back porch and rest of gutters still need to be done.

A Great Experience 7/1/2016

I did an internet search and found Tesson Roofing & Exteriors LLC. Compared to other businesses they had the most affordable prices. They installed an aluminum covering facial board and partial replacement of gutters. The workmanship is satisfactory that we're going to hire them again for additional services. more

Reliable, Affordable, Professional 5/25/2016

Great customer service and pricing! In addition to siding repairs, the company inspected my roof as a courtesy and provided affordable repair options on both the siding and the house. The installation team was led by Wade J. and they were very professional and did amazing work. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone needing roof or siding repair or replacement! more

Happy with them every time we've used them 5/4/2016

We've been using Tesson Roofing & Exteriors LLC. for quite a long time and we've been happy with them every time we've used them. Never had any problems really, the only thing if that sometimes it takes them a little while to get over here, because they are really busy, which I guess it's not a problem for them, they are just so popular I guess. Once they come, they do a good job, it's just hard to get them here. more

Professional, efficient, and polite 4/29/2016

When Jimmy S arrived at my home, he was very polite and courteous. I explained the request, he stated with confidence that he could fix it today if I needed him to. He even worked with my real estate agent to get the lien waiver we needed, after the repair was done. I recommended him he next day to someone too! Mary was the woman who set up everything, and I was also impressed with her. The company seems customer-focused as well as professional to complete the job at hand. more

Fine 4/28/2016

The installers from Tesson Roofing & Exteriors were very good. This was our first time using them. We used them through our insurance after we had roof damage from hail. They did an entirely new roof. They made sure to clean up after themselves. We did have a little bit of a leak in the ceiling afterward and they followed up with that real well, as well. They fixed it in a timely manner. more

Absoultely excellent 3/27/2016

Tesson did a great job from start to finish. TJ represented the company in selling the work and was very helpful in every aspect of the process. The quote was at the low end of the 4 bids I received. The company performed well and then billed the amount bid. The team on site worked quickly and efficiently. Upon completion of the work, Tesson sent in an inspector who reviewed the work. The cleanup after the job was especially impressive. Tesson did a great job and delivered everything promised. more

5 Star Service & Workmanship 3/24/2016

We had an excellent experience with Tesson from the bidding and estimating process through the replacement of our roof. Eric was wonderful and very responsive and accessible to us for any questions or concerns we had. The crew chief of the roofing team was outstanding and very sharp. He made sure everything was running smoothly and was super attentive about cleaning up the property afterwards. We have had our roof replaced before and were very dissatisfied with the workmanship and warranty. Tesson delivered excellent service and made the experience very positive. High marks to Tesson and we will definitely recommend them to any homeowner who wants a top notch company to work on their home. more

Told us exactly what was going on and exactly what we needed. 3/10/2016

The estimator that came from Tesson Roofing & Exteriors understood everything that we were talking about. He went up in the roof and told us exactly what was going on and he told us exactly what was needed. He wasn't able to fix the problem but he suggested that we got a new roof, which we haven't done yet but still, found the service very helpful. We were very satisfied with Erik, I think that was the estimator's name. more

Excellent experience 2/22/2016

Not ever getting a new roof I didn't know what to expect. Eric and Tesson Roofing were very thorough in every aspect of the process. They were professional and met every expectation and timeline that was presented to us. I would highly recommend Tesson and any of there reps if they all acted as processional and followed up like Eric. Great Experience more
