I know it's the busy season,but, what kind of repair service has a sign on the front door saying they are overwhelmed , and not accepting new drop offs? Hire another mechanic. i went 15 miles out of my way to give you my business. guess who won't be back? more

i called and said i could not make it on time to get mt mower, i would be about 10 min. late a girl stayed open and let me in after thay were closed. grate people to deal with. thanks more

Expert care for my Stihl 9/18/2011

The people at Terry's have always provided me expert advice, are very honest, do great work, and their fees are fair. I have used them for over 20 years for my chainsaws (sharpening & fixing), ny weedeater, my generator, my garden tractor, etc. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Waste of time! 9/16/2011

Dropped off my chainsaw to get fixed & 2 wks went by & heard nothing! Called to check status & was told it would be 3 or 4 more wks before they got to it. Most people need their stuff fixed within a wk or 2 not over a month or longer. Needless to say i picked it up took it somewhere else! There are plenty of people looking for jobs out there maybe they should look into that if there that swamped! Never Again!!!! more

Had a real problem with them! 5/14/2010

I dropped off my mower on Feb 26 to see if it needed a ring replacement, since it had starting smoking when in use. (It ran just fine!) I was given an estimate on March 2 of $225, which I approved. I called them on March 18 and was told the parts had just arrived and it would be three days before I could pick it up. I called back on March 26, and was told the parts weren't in, to call back the next day. I called back on March 27 and was told the parts had not been ordered. I just picked up my mower (unrepaired) and took it elsewhere. Pros: Friendly and personable on phone Cons: Never repaired my mower after a month!!! more
