Very Pleasant Surprise 1/2/2014

First time at this dealership and it is a little out of my way, but they had the time available and after my experience I will continue to go out of my way. Much better than the other, closer dealership where I had bought and had my car service. Waiting area is super nice and they went over everything they did, even for just an oil change. Nice surprise. more

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE 1/1/2014

My family was recently helped while 700 miles from home for some emergency warranty repair on my 2011 Hyundai at TERRY REID. I was given same day service. My interaction with the staff was exceptional (Stephanie is a great "people-person") and the repair was prompt and complete. Thumps Up TERRY REID Service Department. more
