Terry Pool Co Inc

We decided this past summer to install a pool in our back yard. I then started to talk to different people and began to gather names of pool companies. I called them and made some appointments. I met with 4 different companies. They all had their sales pitches and took me to some of the pools they installed to show me what they can do. I asked them how they began and got their expereince and most of them said that they worked for Terry Pools at somepoint in time. So after the 4 meetings, I decided to call Terry Pools. Carl came out to my house and within the first 5 minutes of meeting him, I knew that he was the one who I wanted to build my pool. He knew more about pools and how to construct them than any of the other 4 companies combined. Most of the employees I met during the installation have worked for Carl for over 20 years. That says a lot about his company. They always responded to my calls and questions. They built an awesome pool. Their service guys are great. They even gave me their cell number and said to call them whenever I needed them. Amazing service. Interestingly enough, all of the other companies gave me a proposal yet none of them ever called me back to see what I decided. Not very professional of them. I am glad I met Carl and his team. I would strongly suggest you use Terry Pools for your pool project. more

Ms. Lee Terry who is in charge apparently of customer service/calls is the most rude person I have ever encountered. They act like they are the only pool service company in Indianapolis. We waited weeks (after calling since early April) for pool opening (only because the house we bought was closed by them so the realtor suggested we should have them open it). She has hung up on us, is refusing to return the cover they took with them to ensure you are forced to close with them on the fall. Ms. Terry will be receiving an unexpected visitor in the form of a Marion County Sheriff to retrieve our proper which is now considered stolen goods since she has been asked to return and has not. Do not under any circumstance deal with them. I purposely subscribed to Angie's List to see if it's an isolated event but all their reviews are negative and this coming from pools they had been servicing for 15+ years. Crazy!! more
