I signed up with Terminex in 2005 after termites destroyed a section of my exterior. The sales push was hard and unnecessary. The initial bait instillation was $1,530.00, with a $400 annual renewal. The bait system and pest control were satisfactory, but when I found mice in my kitchen, my technician told me, ?We don?t set traps or remove them afterwards.? The contract lists rodents under ?Outside Coverage,? so I didn?t question this further. I bought traps and poison and handled the situation myself. This Spring I got an infestation of fleas, even though I don?t have pets. Fleas were in my yard, garage, car, home, and BED.
