Tennis Menace

I have had nothing but wonderful service from Tennis Menace over the years. The owner personally selected the perfect first racket for my son; weight and hand fit were dead-on. Met him this year at a tournament in his mobile command and had both rackets re-strung with no waiting. Jovial guy, great conversationalist 'while you wait'. No complaints here, only praise! Only guy I know who'll come to your house and get the job done. 5 stars! Pros: extremely knowledgable; comes to your house; prompt service more

It is interesting how individuals who are not able to get what they want at the price they have decided upon up front, become vindictive and do all they can to damage a business's reputation. Rather than stoop to their levels, we will simply say; (1) ""you get what you pay for"" & (2) When we shop ourselves & are not happy with the price we find, we move on & shop elsewhere. When customers such as those below where not happy with the price& & realized they were not going to find the items elsewhere, they turn to getting even. SAD! Pros: Has the largest selection of tennis equipment anywhere! Cons: Yes, items that are rare & impossible to get ain't cheap! more

I was told by a local stringer that this shop carried a range of replacement parts so I checked it out. Well when I mentioned I tried to find the replacement head guard at another store but I wasn't sure they made them anymore he actually got on the phone to the manufacturer. They confirmed they were not making them anymore as it was a discontinued frame so he raised the price to $50 each while I stood there, ten times the price before I opened my mouth. \r Needless to say I told him he was crazy and that was an interesting way to build customer support. He laughed at me so I left, I had planned to get a couple racquets as well but needless to say not from there anymore. I found the guards later that same day for the orignal price of $4.95. I guess he stays in business from his website where people dont have to interact with his lovely personality. \r I guess I understand the name of the shop now.\r Pros: None to mind Cons: Over priced, No Customer Appreciation more
