I had dealt with another firm for about 15 years, and when the second heat pump went out, it was time to contact someone else. Temp Control was the one, and I will use them from now on. Quick, professional service, great crew of installers, and observant. When working on the heat pump, Eloy noted and called my attention to a possible termite problem I had. He was concerned about not only my HVAC system and installation, but the overall condition of the area. This is the company to use. When my 23 year old York compressor called it quits, I knew it was time to invest in a new HVAC system. I am a researcher by heart and by trade so I reviewed companies and their products. TempControl was outstanding in everyway. Professionalism, versatility, time management, product efficiency and value was cited time after time and customers returned more reviews in comparison with their competitors. I normally do 3 estimates but after meeting with Eloy the owner, I knew this was my company. I had some dangerous stuff going on as my home was involved in the infamous Nashville flood. I needed to purchase 2 HVAC units for my home. After contacting many companies, I ran across Temp Control on the Trane website. My experience with Temp Control was by far the smoothest! The owner, Mr. Saban was excellent in explaining my options and presenting me with all possible alternatives. His crew was on time and very pleasant. They worked hard and until the job was done without taking breaks! Temp Control's customer service was OUTSTANDING with EVERY EMPLOYEE I interacted with! From the first phone call to get an estimate to the completion of the project, this company was outstanding. What was estimated to be a two day job was finished in one day. The crew stayed until late in the evening to finish on a brutally cold day allowing my family to have a warm night on the coldest night of the season. Not only did they do an excellent job, they did far more than what was required - they reconnected my dryer vent which had become dislodged, patched a hole in a foundation block and put down new moisture barrier in the crawl space beneath my home! Eloy Saban met with me and explained in great detail the products offered, informing me of the pros and cons of each product as it pertained to my particular need. There was absolutely no high pressure pitch - just matter of fact information. He followed up with a visit the next day to check all systems to make sure they were working to his satisfaction. I have had dealings with numerous HVAC companies but this one is by far the best I have ever encountered. Temp Control LLC, put in a new central heating air unit for us in our rental home, and the whole experience was excellent. Eloy Saban helped set everything up. He was very thorough, consistently followed up, and was very conscientious. He does exactly what you're supposed to do when growing a business. The service started with us getting a price from Mr. Saban. He followed up after to see if we had problems with the price, and he kept in communication with us for a couple weeks while I made my decision. The price we received was very competitive. Temp Control provided a better central heating air unit than their competitors, did exactly what they said they would do, and did it promptly. It was a neat and efficient job. They performed the service in a few days once I committed to it. The technicians worked hard. It definitely wasn't an easy job. The whole service was pretty extensive. It was a very hot day, and they had to go through our attic, run new wire, and the whole thing seemed pretty complicated. Mr. Saban even followed up after the installation to see if we were satisfied with the service. more

I really enjoyed working with Eloy from Temp Control. I felt like he took the time to explain to me what my options were and made sure that I understood them. He's the most economical subcontractor we've had. He installed our new air conditioning unit in a couple of days and we're really happy with it. I've used Temp Control for several years as a maintenance company on my Hvac unit. On Sunday it started having issues, and I gave them a call. On Monday it completely went out, and they came and replaced the unit for a good price. It was a one day service, and I thought that was pretty awesome. Now that I've got a new unit from them, I'll definitely continue using their services. They're good folks and I like them. Quick service. more

By this point all the positive reviews probably sound like a broken record, however This company definitely deserves every bit of praise. A couple days ago my furnace went up in flames (pretty much literally, plug box it was connected to had to be put out with an extinguisher). I called and they actually arrived within an hour to assess the damage and put out the last bit of fire that was apparently still smoldering. Needless to say after finding a number of bad components and some kind of growth on the inner working they recommended tearing the thing out and replacing it. The one who came out afterwards was very polite and helpful, asking relevant questions that helped us reach a good informed decision. The crew came by early yesterday and had to stay for quite a long time thanks to the dumb way our house was built. As far as we can tell the original builders put in the old furnace and built the wall around it afterwards. With what they had to work with they did a very solid job on the installation and even coordinated with the condo association to install new copper pipes to reduce the likelihood of wearing out the internal workings. They even came back earlier today after the unit had been running for a while to double-check with us that everything was working satisfactorily and give a few last-minute improvements to the system. Overall a good group of friendly people, highly recommended. more

I own a home inspection company, so I have dealt with Temp Control LLC for quite a while. It's a really good service. I like the owner and the lady who answers the phones very much. Recently, our heating unit went out, and we woke up to a 37 degree house! They knew they had to do something for us quickly. They came that day to try and fix it, but they couldn't, so they sent someone out to replace the unit completely right away. After the installation, we experienced a slight issue. Within 30 minutes, they came back out and discovered that there was a problem with one of the bolts. They remedied the situation without any further problems. From the salesman to the installers, everybody was great. After the salesman left, my eleven year old daughter told me to tell his boss how much we liked him! If a kid thinks that, he must really be a nice guy. I would definitely use them again, and I recommend them to my clients all the time. more

Ultimately, the thing that stands out about Temp Control LLC is who makes up the company, including Scarlett. She does a lot and has never let me down. She's the person who communicates with me and organizes everything. Scarlett is very proactive and quick with information and services. Temp Control has done several things for me, both at my house and at some of my rental homes. They had to replace an entire air unit in one of the rentals, run the ducting and install thermostats in another, and replace the entire furnace in the third. The owner is very hands-on, too. He came out and did all the service calls with the guys. It has definitely been a good experience every time. more

We used Temp Control LLC. for a routine inspection on our heating unit. The technicians communicated the issues very clearly. During the inspection they found that our heating exchange was cracked. This could have been potentially dangerous and put us at risk for carbon monoxide poisoning. They were able to promptly replace the cracked unit that afternoon and provide my family with warmth and safety during some of the coldest weather we have ever experienced. They were also able to fix a problem we did not know we had. The heating unit is very efficient. Our family is in a better place because of them. more

Temp Control LLC tore out my old heating and cooling systems in order to install a new air conditioner and heater. They installers were just fine. They arrived on time, even in the unreasonable weather. They kept my home clean and didn't trek any mud inside or anything. The installers were very pleasant. They didn't smoke or use any vulgarity as they worked. Overall, they did a good job. I would recommend Temp Control to anyone. more

I want Temp Control LLC to know how wonderful they are! They are a WOW company. They are so easy to get along with, and I have never had a better experience with any company in my LIFE. Our AC/heating system went out right before we were about to have guests over. It was 86 degrees when I called Temp Control, and we were so stressed about having people over without AC. They came out to try and fix it. They told me it probably wouldn't work, but they would try. It didn't end up working, so they sent a salesperson out immediately for a replacement. He was wonderful and didn't pressure me at all. He presented the good, better, best options for air conditioners. I chose the "better" option, but they didn't have the unit in stock. They upgraded me to the "best" option without charging me the difference! This company did everything plus more that they could do for me. They always showed up on time. If they were even going to be a minute late, Scarlett, the receptionist, would call to let me know. Everyone I worked with was courteous. After the installation, they called to follow up and ask me how everything was going. They even sent me handwritten thank you notes for using their service and for referring them to my friends. A friend of mine used them, and he had the same exact dream experience that I had. They will be the first people I call if I need more AC/heating service done. more

Our existing HVAC unit had some problems. Temp Control LLC came out and fixed that, but pointed out that the unit was getting pretty old. They suggested we get a new unit, so we got a quote from them and decided to get the new unit installed. The service was excellent. We are very happy with how the new unit has been been running. We had a slight problem in the beginning, but they came out the same day we contacted them and got it repaired straight away, first thing in the morning. The workers are great. They were very polite, very friendly, and very efficient. They always asked to be let in and always explained who they were and why they were here. They were very clear at explaining what they were doing, what was being installed, and how long it would take. They had very good communication. It's a very trustworthy company. more

Temp Control replaced an air conditioning unit and redid all of our duct work as necessary. They came recommended by a business associate as well as a personal friend. The job went very well. There were no issues. In fact, they did more than they had agreed to do. They found things wrong that they fixed as part of the whole package. They were professional, friendly, and informative.
