Telle provides topnotch service in a clear, professional manner. When your car is repaired, it is repaired correctly.

Worst

I had a battery installed without asking for specific quote....the installed battery was identical to firestone deal (same battery) at a 50% premium and I didn't event get the war...

They are fast, personable, and, in the unusual case fo something not turning out right, will back their work and redo it without charge. more

What is most important in any kind of relationship is communication. This is always excellent at the Big Bend station. I always appreciate being informed as to what needs to be done, has been done and what may need to be done in the future. If only they could do that with my life script, I would be all set! (:= more

Flat tire service 8/7/2013

I had purchased my tires at Telle a year or so ago and got a flat the other day. Dropped the tire off in the morning and it was fixed for free by 1pm. Thanks! more

TRUSTING!! 8/7/2013

i lost my longtime only mechanic who kept me on the road,he use to own Carbco "Jess Hassler"who passed away recently from cancer,being a woman I trusted him fully and knew he would not rip me off,now I feel that Ive found that same type of trustful place in Telle Tire,people who will take good care of me,not sell me anything I dont need and try to find me the cheapest safest ways for me to be able to stay on the road...God lead me there, is how I like to believe.... more

Excellent repair facility 1/5/2012

This was my first visit to Telle Tire. They guys were all very honest and respectful and treated me and my vehicle with great care. It is nice to have a trustworthy repair shop here in the Sunset Hills/Kirkwood area. I will definitely be back more

Oil Change with questions 1/3/2012

The service writer did not check with me to see what weight oil I use in the vehicle, so the oil that was put in the Jeep was a different weight. I went back inside to ask about it and was assured it would not cause me any trouble. May be that is correct, but then I wonder why everyone else says to never change the weight you use. Worries me, so I am not sure I will return to Telle. more

I'm very happy that Telle opened the south county location, since that is the area that I live. Being a single gal, you have to have a car care place that you are confident that they will take care of you, and that's how I feel about Telle! more

My sister recommended trying Telle as she had avery positive experience. I was impressed with the courtesy and information provided by TJ on my visit there. I was given information on things I need to look at replacing without feeling a pressure or hard sell. I will definitely be back and recommending Telle to my friends and neighbors. more
