Telle provides topnotch service in a clear, professional manner. When your car is repaired, it is repaired correctly.

Worst

I had a battery installed without asking for specific quote....the installed battery was identical to firestone deal (same battery) at a 50% premium and I didn't event get the war...

oil change and tire rotation 11/13/2013

I was able to schedule the appointment, at a convenient time for me, very easily online. Everyone there is always friendly and informative as well. I bought my tires there so the rotation is free (I always appreciate that!) Finally, they noticed that my headlight was out and replaced it... even though I hadn't asked them to do that-- Because of this they did not charge me for the labor, just the part. I really appreciated that as well! more
