I'm very new to St. Louis and was therefore a little panicked when my car got a flat tire a few days ago. I managed to get the spare on, and took it to Midtown to see if my tire could be fixed. The first man I spoke with took one look at my tire and said it looked old and like it may have had dry rot. Still, the initial assessment was just for fixing the flat. He was on the end of his shift and made sure to pass on all the information before he left, and even gave me a ride back to my apartment. A few hours later I got a call that they thought I should replace two tires (they were old and cracking). Every interaction I had with them, they were nothing but polite and professional. As a girl in her early twenties, I've had my share of guys trying to sell me all sorts of replacements and repairs that my car didn't need, and it was incredibly refreshing. I never felt spoken down, and the repairs were very quick given I dropped my car off with no notice around noon on a Saturday. Extremely happy and will definitely be bringing my car back for any work it may need in the future.
