I have a 20 x 40 inground swimming pool that Teddy Bear Pool put in for us. The first liner when the pool was new was beautiful. No creases or any problems workmanship wise. \r

A number of years later, the liner had been torn by the kids and repaired several times and wasn't looking too great. \r

I bought a new liner from Teddy Bear Pool and they installed it. This was in the fall and they closed the pool at the same time. I did not get to inspect it at that time.\r

When the pool was opened the following Spring the liner had creases in it, the sides had been pulled too tight against the pool walls and you could see every seam and bump on the walls or it could be that the foam was too thin. The top edge all around failed to go up to the bottom of the coping and all sorts of things go down there such as pine needles floating in the pool. If the kids splash it goes down that opening. \r
