Best

I bought my new Frontier from Sonny and Jeremy. It was a no-nonsense experience. I told them what I wanted and they went and got it for me. I will buy my next new car from them.

Leah is horrible. 8/10/2014

We came ready to purchase a Leaf but left due to Leah's arrogance and rudeness. This woman would not even show us a price until she ran our credit to see if we were worthy of them. It's Nissan, get a grip. We went down to BMW and purchased new that very day. I've never been treated so horribly by any dealer. I was expecting people to run out with cameras and say you're being Punked. Her behavior was reprehensible and the GM had no problem with it. What was even funnier was that there were literally 10 salesman just hanging around outside doing nothing, they clearly could have used the sale. more

Buyer Beware 5/15/2013

Ted Russell Nissan, Knoxville TN. BUYER BEWARE. Before you purchase anything from these people, please take a moment to read about our experience. We recently purchased a vehicle from Ted Russell Nissan in Knoxville, Tennessee. The following week there was a call from the finance person. They had given my husband the wrong contract. The person said she was new and had pulled out a contract they no longer use. Being a former Realtor and familiar with contracts this seemed odd and unnecessary. I even questioned the purpose of needing a new contract and why we weren’t amending the original contract; however, my husband went in and signed this new contract careful to make sure they hadn’t changed any of the terms. (This *new* contract was dated, not for the day he actually signed the contract by the way, but the date was from the prior week.) Shortly after leaving the dealership, the same person from the finance office called again. She said, “We are sorry Mr. ______, but we just realized we made another mistake on the contract. The amount was too low. You actually need to pay us more money. You need to come in so that we can redo the contract.” *our jaws drop in disbelief*. I believe the term for this is Bait and Switch. Suddenly, we felt like we needed to go and scrub ourselves down to remove the sleazy residue from our skin. Had we stumbled into a shady dealership by mistake, you know the kind; the ones that prey on people they feel are gullible or financially vulnerable? No…this was an official Nissan Dealership with a shiny, new, reputable looking building. Let me add that in the past 10 years we have purchased 4 new Nissans. We have always been loyal to the brand. My husband’s first car was a red Nissan Sentra. How ironic that the vehicle in question is a RED, 2013 Nissan Sentra. And it is going to be our last. more

Disrespectful and arrogant 11/14/2011

I abslutely agree with the other review. Unfortunately, I have had to deal with the service department several times in the past few years, and they are always rude, haugty, and downright nasty from the get go. They begin defensively as if they assume you are only there to try to cheat them, and then often take several attempts to fix the same on-going problem. Last time, we found that when we got home, the service guy had left a part unbolted under the hood. When we called, he said we could drive 30 miles to bring it back in or just fix it ourselves. No apologies, just frank indiference. I make every attempt to have my vehicle serviced elsewhere, as I have no desire to be patronized and abused. How do these people stay in business? I guess there's just no alternative for Nissan owners around here. Therefor, I'll never own another Nissan. Do your best to stay away from this business!!!! - at least the service department more

Bought our SUV thru Ebay form them 12/31/2010

Good: My fiance wanted a Pathfinder and we found one on Ebay. Was more than we wanted to spend. Sonny remembered us and called us when one came in that was close to the price-range we wanted. Sonny called us and we happened to be coming thru Knoxville at that time on our way back from our honeymoon and bought one for a lot less.. Bad: There wasn't a spare key for the Pathfinder. more

BEWARE of all Ted Russell Dealers 4/26/2010

Service and sales were terrible. They stole from my mothers car, did repairs that were not wanted , and never fixed the computer problem. I have been robbed at gun point and when I left this dealership thats how I felt. Violated and pennyless. How this buisness keeps the doors open I will never know. more
