Going the extra mile without the extra cost 11/9/2010

I had an experience that's worth writting about. I have an old classic porsche 1955. It needed a new windshield and so I called around and everyone told me the best price I could get because of the special order that would be needed to aquire such a windshield. After shell-shock, I called Techna Glass and they would also need to special order, however the price difference was considerably less. They didn'y sock-it-to-me just because I needed to special order it, they quoted me a fair price and actually the time was pretty quick. Thanks Techna Glass for not taking advantage of this old guy. more

Best Deal in Town 4/1/2010

Nobody was more irate at having to replace their windshield than me. Everybody was very nice and professional and turned my bad day into a good one.\r \r The location and environment was very ""un-auto shop"" like. Clean and comfortable store with the best price around - I'll always go back. Pros: Best price and best service around Cons: Can't think of anything... they even have Wi-Fi more

thought it was good, i was wrong 7/18/2009

it is always a difficult thing to have the unexpected happen especially when it costs you money. i thought with the initial call to get things set up my experience would be great. boy, that first impression was sure wrong!\r \r the technician in the sandy store was rude and condescending and i was very displeased. i had air noise when they replaced the windshield which is VERY annoying by the way. not only that, it took two more visits to get a decent windshield....the second one they put in was wavey...very strange when you are trying to drive and see clearly.\r \r totally a horrible experience and very inconvenient. i will never go back Pros: the phone call to set things up was great! Cons: the rest of the experience was horrible! more

I LOVE Techna Glass 3/28/2009

I called and spoke with a very helpful person about my windshield, drove immediately down, left 40 minutes later with a brand new windshield and lifetime rock chip repair warranty. I couldn't ask for more! Pros: Very friendly and helpful. Lowest Price. Quality Product Cons: nothing more
