Techrowe Solutions found a great solution in our new condo to installing our television when Comcast couldn't. 9/21/2011

We recently moved into an older DC condo building that has not been retrofitted for the 21st century. The condo board couldn't decide whether to extend cable lines around the outside of the building, but without that we were unable to get cable in our living room. Techrow not only figured out how to run the cable line through the walls and into our living room space - but came up with a way so that there is not even a box showing and with the a transmitter we can control our tv with only a remote. Excellent Service 9/19/2011

I had a flat screen TV wall mounted & hooked up to a surround sound system. Tech Rowe offered this service in addition to moving electrical and cable outlets. They also repaired drywall - all of this was done for a lower price than Best Buy and one other competitior. The service was excellent and I am very happy with the result! I recommend highly. more

46'' LCD Mounting of Fireplace 8/26/2011

The installers came when they said they would and were very friendly. Gene was the one who came to my house and he was great. They were also very accommodating when scheduling a time to come out to my house. I have a very busy schedule, so this was a plus. We had a slight issue after installation but they were able to fix it right away. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for someone to install their TV. more

Great Job on T.V./Stereo Installation 8/21/2011

My whole experience with Techrowe Solutions was excellent. The installers were on time, courtious and professional. They did such a great job, that after installing a T.V. in my conference room at my office, I had them come out to my house to install a stereo system outside of my home. Their work was fablous and I was very impressed with the finished result. They were also very accommodating when scheduling a time to come out to my house. I have a very busy and demanding schedule, so this was a plus. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for great service and great results for a reasonable price. more

The right team for all of your AV needs 3/31/2011

The thing that I enjoyed most about working with Techrowe was there ability to integrate new equipment with my existing equipment. Many companies in my area didn't want to touch any of my existing equipment - even though it is middle to high end and only three years old - because they wanted me to buy all new from them. Excellent Service 3/28/2011

As an IT Project Manager that oversees a department that includes video installers I was very knowledgeable about my video requirements for my home. After researching a number of companies online (Best Buy, HHGregg, Interstartv, HD Installers, etc.) I decided on TechRowe Solutions. They have the best all inclusive prices that include power installation at the display location, drywall repair (includes painting the area), and overall installation. The techs were very knowledgeable and even discussed different scenarios for future installations. As someone who understands customer service I was very impressed with their attention to detail and insuring that I was well satisfied with the installation and clean up before departing for day. Before signing up for an installation by Best Buy or HHGregg (which installation cost I found to be high) or any other TV installer give these guys a call. They will provide you with a contract based on your requirements and at a budget you can afford. more

Techrowe Solutions was highly professional and provided extremely good customer service. 3/21/2011

Techrowe Solutions installed a wall mounted TV and surround sound system in unique locations for me. I guess my wall wasn't a regular wall, so they needed a special type of mount for it. They did some troubleshooting and then provided the correct mount for me. It looks great! They even went ahead and provided things for me at no extra charge, that I didn't have like wires and cords etc. They really went above and beyond my expectations and provided excellent customer service. I have since recommended their services to many of my friends. I am already planning to have them back to do my living room installation in the near future. Great company for installation of home theater/surround sound! 3/18/2011

This is a great company that seems to pride itself on top-notch home theater installation for less than what companies like Tweeter and Myer-Emco (now defunct) used to charge in the DC area. I used them in Dec. 2010 for a home theather installation: (a) in-wall installation of speaker wires for full concealment behind the walls, (b) in-ceiling speakers, and (c) plasma tv mounting with surround sound setup. The work was top notch and both Pam (the owner) and Eugene (the installer) were friendly and knowledgeable. more

I was extremely satisfied with my whole experience dealing with Techrowe Solutions. From my initial conversations with Pam involving the scope of the work, costs, options, and time-frame to the actual installation by their professional and courteous staff, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free, which is very unusual now-a-days. Also, their price was very competitive and fair. I would strongly recommend Techrowe Solutions and would not hesitate to use them in the future. more

Lead installer made some very insightful recommendations as to positioning of DVR in another room with the help of an IR transmitter. Saved space and I like the solution a lot. Team worked quickly and knew what they were doing. more

Excellent Service - installing Home Theater on Patio Deck 7/26/2010

TechRowe Solutions was excellent in following through in researching, delivery and mounting my all weather TV and outdoor speakers on my patio deck. This task was very complicated and challenging. However, they were able to succeed in getting my Home Theater installed. The Team and I collaborated in getting this done in a reasonable amount of time. The Owner (Pam Garritt) was very efficient in answering my questions; you donâ??t have to wait the next day for an answer. She replies via text or phone. Communication is very important to me and they communicated well from beginning to end. Thanks. Job well done. more

Great Company! 3/7/2010

Our T.V. was mounted in 48 from the call we first made AND it was in the midst of the two biggest snow storms our area has seen in...forever! There was a small issue with the T.V. afterwards (we didn't notice it at first) and the crew came back ASAP to fix it. I highly recommend this company for your home theater needs. more

Great Service. They aim to please! 3/6/2010

This was an emergency. My flat screen TV was falling off from the mount that was installed by another company a year ago. I called TechRowe and the Office Manager heard my cries for help. She took my service request and got a technician out the same day. I called in the morning and met Gene on my lunch break. He was extremely good. He saved my TV from falling on the floor. The service was so great, I called them back again to install 5.1 in my media room the following week. The technicians stayed late to wire my home theater system and really wanted to make sure that I was happy. It was great to see such a level of service. Gene also recommended an IR emitter so that I can house components in my closet and just point my remote at the TV. Very clean. Great Job! more

Fast service and the techs were great! 2/9/2010

I bought a flat screen TV and wanted it hung before the super bowl. I hired TechRowe to come out and do the installation. They were recommended to me. Well, we had at least 4 snow storms, and TechRowe came out Friday 2/5 the day of the snow storm and was there all day. I even had 7.1 surround sound installed. They are committed to their job and know it well. For showing their dedication and coming in during the snow storm I gave them a bonus, which I don't do that often. Now I am snowed in watching TV...Nice. I would definitely recommend them to others. Tony S. more

Admirable Services - Commerical Job 12/31/2009

Wow! TechRowe came to my rescue at the last minute. I had to do an important presentation and our projector was not working, I had to get it replace quickly. Call TechRowe and they were booked until Jan. 15. They listen to my needs, and came the next day (dec. 22nd)to replaced the projector. My presentation was set for Dec. 23rd. This company cares about their clients's needs. They did a wonderful job. more

I really appreciate the fact that Techrowe focused on getting me what I wanted rather than what they thought I should have. They appeared at the site when scheduled and worked well with the general contractor. They were knowledgeable about the available technology, but not so star-struck by it that they could not agree to do something less than perfectly state of the art. more

Excellent Service 9/18/2009

I am sending this email to let you know that we really appreciated your service and install of our flatscreen television. We have a small and awkwardly arranged family room that leaves little space for a television. However, we love the room and would often spend a lot of time there. The best solution for entertainment was to place a television on the wall above the fireplace. Many companies did not want to do the work, or told us it couldn't be done. I knew that it could be done and when we spoke to TechRowe, we definitely felt assured that it would be! We just wanted to say thank you for being professional throughout the entire process, educating us, providing quality service, and getting the job time proficiently. Since the install, our eyes have been hooked on the big screen and the family room has become one of our favorite rooms in the house! It's football season, and my oh my what a sight!!! The husband is in la-la land! LOL! We wish you much success with your business! more

Commercial Project - Excellent service 8/18/2009

Great job! TechRowe took the time to listen to my needs, and patiently explained what they were going to do and pricing. I had two other bids and they were way too high. TechRowe came up with a solution that saved my company over $ 10,0000.00. I was able to stay within my budget. They were honest and reliable, they even did a return trip and didn't nickel and dime me. They also were flexible! The installers (two of them) showed up on time and did a great job. They kept me updated throughout the process. They were able to satisfy all my requests, and also suggested more solutions. Happy with their service. Would recommend to all! more
