Tech Plus Automotive

I've got a 2001 Volvo S80. It's got 130,000 miles on it. They previous company I took it to didn't adequately diagnose it. Some muffler gaskets had to be replaced so they had to take apart some things and put it all back together, it was a pretty big deal, but they fixed it. This was my third time using them within a year or so. I continue to use their services because I own a Volvo so it's hard to find parts and places who can work on it. They're also very close to where I work--about three minutes away. more

I have used Tech Plus Automotive a number of times now. I go to them for regular maintenance on my car which is a bit of an older car. When they come across an issue, they take care of it for me. They are very accommodating when I need to schedule a visit. They return my phone calls right away. They are able to get my car back to me after a service very quickly. Everything works out pretty well. I find them to be extremely forthright and fair as far as pricing goes. I am surprised at how little they charge considering all that they do for me and compared to what other places charge. It's really refreshing and pleasant to deal with them. Gary, Andy, and the whole team are very honest. They make things understandable for a guy like me who doesn't know much about cars. I know I could be an easy target, but they don't take advantage of me, and I don't get the sense that they want to either. So far, I haven't had any problems with them. Tech Plus Automotive fixed everything they said they'd fix. I have no concerns; they did a great job. I've been back to them four, five, or six times over the last two years. I feel like they do a nice job. Gary's pretty conscientious about his customers as well. more

Gary at Tech Plus is a GREAT guy. He took care of everything for my car, and he went through some extra trouble to help me out when there was an error in the computer system that really had nothing to do with him. They're all just nice people there. more

This shop not only were the nicest people to have service my 98 318i, but affordable and quick. Great bunch of people. more
