Techs, upon looking at the job, may change the price due to various reasons, including urine treatment, basic odor issues, stain removable etc. It has never been our intention to take advantage of any customer
We would have liked an opportunity to talk with the customer to rectify any issues they may have had. Had the customer called us immediately, we could have gotten to the bottom of the issue.
We would still like to talk with him/her to see if we could find some common ground and keep them as customers; we would also consider a free carpet cleaning on the next cleaning
