Cari and Eric are the two best salesmen/women I have ever had the pleasure of buying a car from. Cari took the time to explain how the trade in process works and what I could expect. She was off work the day I purchased but made made sure I knew who to meet with and also called to be sure I was able to contact Eric and was satisfied with Eric's assistance. Eric took the time to find the best deal for me and get me the car I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the cars, and financing process. I went into the Vallejo Team Superstore about a week ago looking to POTENTIALLY trade my old car in and get something a bit bigger and more new. A good friend recommended I speak to Rocco Marconni and that's what I did. I would have never thought I'd walk into a car dealership an indecisive,single, hard working mother of one and leave out driving a BRAND NEW 2013 MAZDA 2. Rocco was not only the manager who assisted me at Team, Rocco became a friend and ultimately the hand that helped guide me through the tough time I had getting the car I own today. It was not easy!! I work really hard to provide for my family and I usually never treat myself to anything!! I had a decent commuter car, but it was getting way too small for my giant 7 year old son.lol. When I went to look at the cars Rocco helped show me that I can fit this car into my budget and that I deserved it. He was so right and I would've never done this without such a helpful team of associates. Rocco took a two full 5+ hour days to help my situation go from paperwork to reality. My car broke down this morning, I called Team super stores and Rocco Marconni answered the phone. I told him my situation and he told me he would do everything possible to get me into a new car. Rocco came to my house and picked me up and also bought me breakfast which was great. I would have been starving at the dealership if he didn't offer. We got to the dealership and he was able to get me into a new Mazda, he did all he could to drop the payments down to were they were reasonable for me. I had a C230 Mercedes that my fiance and I had bought from Nino's here in Vallejo, and we pretty much got a bad deal. They told us all this BS to make themselves look good. Anyways I had applied for an auto loan on the Mercedes and within the next day or so I recieved a phone call from Rocco telling me that I got approved and when could I come in to sit down and discuss the details about the loan, I made an appointment right then. We get there and was greeted with kindness, and felt very welcomed. We went into Rocco's office he introduced himself and told us a little bit about what he does and how he helps, so basically Rocco got us approved for a car. He then said lets go look at the cars now that we know what kind of price range we are looking for. We found one we liked and test drove it. I really liked it. It is a Chevy Cruz(BUY ONE) anyways we got back into his office and got the paperwork started, we signed everything and boom we was out the door, but before we left we was give serval different coupons, a tote, first aid kit for the car, and such things. Rocco then told us to come back in the morning so that he could show us different things in our car, he would have done it then but it was really late and we was ready to get home. So he was kind to take time for us tomorrow to show us everything in our car. Rocco is very friendly and kind. Even though we had been there all day it was well worth it because they got us out of the crappy deal with the mercedes and in with the new chevy. We got a good deal! more

We were so pleased with Rocco's service. He is knowledgable, friendly, hard-working and trustworthy. My husband and I felt that we were getting the best deal he could find us. We had to come in late in the evening and we were both tired and he made the whole experience pleasant. But it was more than just that, I felt that he was trying to get for us exactly what we wanted at the best price and financing that he could. It may be a bit corny but it felt as if we ""had a friend in the auto business"" I will tell everyone that I know to shop there because of our experience. He is really a gem, we've been looking for a truck for a few weeks and we had been solicited by many other car dealers and I am so glad we chose to work with Rocco. \r Also the man in the finance department, Javier was his name I think, was very efficient and got us through all the paperwork quickly. I had been wanting to purchase a more economical vehicle for a while. I work 22 miles from home and the vehicle I was driving was killing me in gas. I had applied for a few loans and been turned down. I pretty much figured I was a lost cause. Then, I was going through my ""spam"" mail cleaning it out and came across a car loan application. Not thinking anything would come of it, I filled it out. A few days later I received a call from Rocco Marconni telling me I had been preapproved for a loan. I was overjoyed, excited, and a little skeptical all at once. I set up an appointment, for the next day, to iron out the details. \r \r I arrived at Team Chevrolet at about noon and was shown into Rocco's office where we started the paperwork. Once the preliminary paperwork was done, we started looking at vehicles. It didn't take long...Rocco showed me 2 or 3 cars similar to what I was looking for. I had a pretty good idea about what I wanted and I just wasn't seeing ""my car"". Then Rocco spotted it. A black Dodge Avenger. I knew instantly that this was the car I wanted. I didn't need to test drive (although I did). I just knew. \r \r We went back into Rocco's office to finalize the paperwork. We ran into a few snaggs with my credit, it's not the greatest. But, I have to say, when most sales people would have given up, Rocco pushed harder to get me into my car. He got the price decreased about $5000 and saved me about $13,000 in interest.\r \r I know I would not have received all of this without Rocco's efforts! Thank you so much!!! more

Thank you for running such a nice dealership! I bought a beautiful Elantra that I love. Kari Jones was wonderful to work with. I have never had such a positive experience buying a car. I never felt pressured and I felt that Kari really listened to me and worked with me. It was actually fun to buy this car with her help. I also appreciated Leslie Musante's assistance.
