Thank you for your help 2/2/2016

I noticed that I had a parking light out and stopped in at Team 1 to inquire about getting it fixed. Since I was not in a rush and had some time to spare, I waited while they put a new one in. It turned out that the socket was bad, and they had to order one. It came in about 5 minutes after they made a phone call. The wait took about a half an hour even with the new part needing to be brought in. Ty did a wonderful job fielding phone calls and being very polite and professional during the very busy time that I was waiting in the office for my car to be fixed. more

Trustworthy and Professional 12/23/2015

Whenever possible, I have used Team One in Dillsburg for service and repair on all four cars in my family. I have always found Todd (the Shop Manager) to be very trustworthy, helpful, and accommodating. He is always patient and professional in answering my questions, explaining what is needed, and equally important, explaining what is NOT needed. Thank you, Todd! more

Vehicle inspections are required in Pa. I was happy to deal with your business, and get my car inspected rather painlessly. I believe i got a fair estimation. The appt. was amicable, and convenient for me. more

First visit and will return 12/1/2015

This was my first visit to Team One and I had an oil change and tire rotation done (for a great price). While doing that, they found a leak that was missed by a different mechanic and the dealership auto shop. They were honest with me about pricing to fix it and what I could do to get by in the mean time. I will absolutely go back. more

Art and all the guys did a fabulous job on my car an pick up when I didn't have a lot of time to wait on tire changes. Because of our jobs they did it in a couple hours more

the only reason it isn't a 5 star rating is I did think that $13.46 for a less than 5 min job was just a bit pricey to replace a bulb. but you did squeeze me in when I stopped on the spur of the moment and I do appreciate that. more
