Very good customer service 1/29/2016

Had a break failure, did what it took to get my truck back to me, including staying till 8pm to finish the work. 2 hours later then closing. They do not have the arrogance you get from most dealers, no high pressure sales tactics, they do not try to take advantage of customers in desperate need for repairs. more

Fantastic service 1/12/2016

Our van broke down on the way to Florida, we needed to change the transmission. Tim was great ,he checked everywhere for the best price end availability. we were well looked after. we had to wait overnight for the part and the owner brought us to the motel and Tim picked us up when the van was ready. These guys gave us fantastic service and stayed with the estimate even though it took 5 hours longer than they expected because of the height of our van, it could not fit on the lift. Thanks again to the team. more

Taking my Jeep to Team One was the best decision I have every made when it comes to maintaining my vehicle. The were very thorough and did the work I requested in a trimly manner. They are the most reasonably priced garage in the area. I felt I could trust these men 100% more

I got an oil change here, they put coupons in the Clipper magazine. My oil change was done quick and the manager was very professional and helpful! They told me I needed new brake pads while getting an oil change but they didnt try to push me into it. All of my questions were answered with lots of info. I recommend this place. more

The Honest Assessment of the repair 9/24/2015

I had the rear end to go out on my truck. Team One Auto Group assessed the situation and gave me fair price and even work through the weekend to have my truck ready first thing Monday morning to make a previously scheduled trip. They are very customer friendly. more
