They had to make right a wrong, did not provide a loan, said he would call me back in 10 minutes, turned out to be an hour.

I like the online scheduling. Service was right on point. I want over the truck before i took it over and i knew it would need nothing for inspection. I did know it needed an air filter. And that's what they told me. Good job!! Trust is everything to me. Don't tell me i need something and i dont really need it. Like other shops. more

Great place however quoted me $600 but charged me over $925 5/6/2016

Service is great however when you are quoted a price of $600 and then not receive a call telling you that the cost is going to be higher to go pick it up to find the bill over $1000 to fight to get it to just over $925 is rediculous!! No reason for this type of business you should ALWAYS call the customer when you know that you under quoted a job! Your business should have had to honor the price I was told!! more

Since moving out here 3 years ago, I have taken my vehicles here to be serviced and inspected. They have been nothing but friendly, honest and up front about issues dealing with my vehicles. It is hard to find trustworthy people these days, but at Team One AG, that is commonplace. I never worry about being ripped off or told inaccurate information to make a quick buck, they truly are a breath of fresh air in the auto industry. more

State inspection/emissions 3/18/2016

I called on a Friday afternoon and they said I can be seen if I get there in 10 minutes, I bargained for 20 and they agreed. During the inspection I opted to get brakes, so they ordered the ceramic pads I needed, took 15 minutes to arrive, 30 minutes to do all 4. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. more
