Taylor Brooks 10/25/2010

I have only been going to Taylor Brooks for about a year now. It has been a wonderful experience for me and my two girls. Zach has been able to change my color and cut many times and each time it has worked out very well. Both my girls love him too!! I don't want to forget to mention that they have great coffee available every time I'm there. more

Always satisfied with my cut and style! 10/22/2010

I have been going to TB for about 4 years now since moving to this area. Natasha has been my stylist for the past couple of years, and she is great! I never had so many compliments in my life about my hair until Natasha started cutting and styling it. I give Natasha 5 stars -- she always gives 100% with great results. My 4 star rating for TB overall is because I think the pricing structure at TB is a little high for my value equation for these types of services. more

So Happy I Went There !!! 10/22/2010

New to Alpharetta, I went up to a total stranger and asked who cut and highlights her hair because it was exactly what I had in mind. She told me ""Mary at Taylor Brooks"". I made an appointment with Mary. She gave me confidence in knowing my hair would be fine; ( I had royally messed my hair up trying to do it myself!) Mary did a gorgeous job on the color, and the cut is great. I have found my salon ! more

went in first visit, got the up and down from the counter girls...guess i wasn't dressed up enuf. shuttled over to a newbie, which was fine with me because she was the only person of color that worked in the salon. She was not only beautiful but an excellent with color, cut and style. then she left, and they dumped me with another newbie who royally f'd up my hair. I had a chunk of highlights in the back of my head!! then they said, ok, now this stylist has years ,and is great w/ color. NOT. Also i think the shop mostly caters to white soccer moms, or hicks from cumming. more

If you're looking for a great salon and a great haircut you should visit Taylor Brooks Salon. The entire staff is friendly and courteous and my stylist, Katie is fantastic! She helped me go from a drabby hairstyle to a fabulous one. I couldn't be happier and am definitely enjoying all the compliments. :-) Thanks, Katie! more

A Wonderful Recommendation 10/21/2010

I was recommended Taylor Brooks by a friend. I was nervous about going somewhere new but was desperate. I was more than thrilled with the experience. Great atmosphere, great cut, good prices and the best for me as a mom is that I didn't have to wait like I've had to do almost every time in the past b/c the stylist was running behind. Amber is great and does a wonderful cut. I'm always getting compliments. more

Taylor Brooks Salon is, quite simply, a great place. You get great services at a fair price. No worries going in and no worries coming out. Natasha has been cutting my hair for over two years and has consistently done an exceptional job with what my past stylists have called a challenging head of hair. She?s truly an extremely talented lady and I recommend her very highly. more

Taylor Brooks is an upscale, beautifully appointed salon with a great staff. Sarah is helpful and will listen to your ideas and concerns while offering her own expertise. Definately worth a try! Even open on Mondays. more

I've been getting my haircut at Taylor Brooks for a few months. My first experience was with JADE. She did a great job on my hair but was no longer there when I went back. i had a friend who had her hair done there by Mary. She encouraged me to use her and I did. Mary listened closely to every thing I told her about my hair. I have very wavy hair that is very difficult to cut because when I straighten it, it's uneven if not cut correctly. She is a really good stylist and even shared tips on the texture of my hair and how to cut it and thin it out correctly. NO other stylist has been so thorough with me before. I have an appt tomorrow! more

Wonderful Experience 9/29/2010

The first time I had heard of Taylor Brooks Salon was when I received a postcard in the mail several months ago. After talking with several of my neighbors I found out that they also go there so I thought I would give it a try. I was a little nervous about going to a new stylist because the last person I saw (from a well known Buckhead salon) cut my hair the way SHE wanted vs how I asked. My appointment was with Sarah and I must say she was very professional and easy to talk to. She and I discussed what I was looking for and I was very pleased. I will definitely go back!! more

Great cut, nice stylist 2/1/2010

Katie did a wonderful job cutting my hair and was very friendly. The receptionist is nice and I appreciate that too. I also like the fact that washing/styling was an option. I'm so glad I found this salon and will make it my regular. Pros: Affordable, great cut more
