Taylor Jameson Hair Design

I had lived in Cincinnati for 11 years and never found a great place to do my hair. Finally, I ventured into Northside to try this place with the "Best of Cincy" awards. I was definitely not disappointed. I went from longer hair to a pixie-type cut and they did a great job. I have never seen anyone leave that place with bad hair! Taylor usually cuts my hair, but Edgar has cut it a few times, too. I love them both. Everyone there has a great personality. The place is incredibly clean and comfortable. Because of my love for the place, 7 or 8 people that I know have tried the salon and loved it! These people really keep up on the latest styles and trends. Go there and get away from your soccer mom hairdo!!! more

I went to this salon for Kat. I went back after she left and Audrey did my hair. WHAT A MESS! She didn't listen to me or what I wanted. She just bad mouthed Kat, made fun of people and even told another co worker she was going to kill them. The blonde got in on it, then the rest of them did. It was a horrible experience. Rude, snobby, catty, horrible people. Kat was always nice, laughing, listening and just great. HELP ME FIND HER!!! more

I have been going to this salon for years. Edgar is the first hair designer ever to see the potential in my hair, and I have never gone to anyone else since. It is a hip. alternative atmosphere, but the variety of clientele is fun-everyone from young, hip pierced-and-tatooed, to grandmas. It's an adventure, very professional. more

I have been to Taylor Jameson on numerous occasions. I was always immediately greeted with a smile and a hello. I never had to wait very long for my scheduled appointments, which I appreciated. My hairdresser is Robyn, who is a very versatile stylist. When I am undecided about my cut, she is quick to offer a variety of suggestions. She also explains to me how to style my hair which is a big help. The prices are very reasonable. more

I just moved here and really needed a haircut. I had no idea where to go so I figured whatever had been picked Best in CityBeat would be a decent place to try first. My old salon was fantastic. Really cool workers, but welcoming and friendly and reasonably priced. I wanted to find the same here in Cinci. Taylor Jameson is just that. I read the comments here before going. Three people said hi as I came in. \r \r Kathleen cut my hair, she's great, tell her I sent you ;)\r \r Edgar was there, busy, but seems like a quiet person. Everyone was very friendly. I had a blunt cut, and she wanted a second set of eyes on it just to make sure it was good. She had Taylor come over. Also very nice, ridiculously cool. And had a lovely accent. more

They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I would never go back to this salon due to the fact that when you arrive they do not acknowledge your presence. I had an appointment one day and even arrived early. My hair stylist, whos name is Edgar, looked at me and continued to work on his other client for about 30 minutes before he came to me and told me that he will not be able to get me in. \r No apologies. No can I set you up for another appointment. \r I have never seen this type of treatment before. Just awful! more

This has got to be one of the best hair places i've gone to. I've only been in here a couple times, because it's a far distance from my house. But everytime I've been in there i couldn't stop laughing. Everyone was telling jokes and chit chatting about everything under the sun. They make me feel like the were one of my well known girlfriends. The prices they charge are very reasonable also. more

A hipster salon. Nice conversation, you can trust them to not get the wrong idea when you say you want a perm. Everyone's competent and the place is chic and clean. more
