They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I would never go back to this salon due to the fact that when you arrive they do not acknowledge your presence. I had an appointment one day and even arrived early. My hair stylist, whos name is Edgar, looked at me and continued to work on his other client for about 30 minutes before he came to me and told me that he will not be able to get me in. \r
No apologies. No can I set you up for another appointment. \r
I have never seen this type of treatment before. Just awful!
