On time, professional, low cost 8/23/2018

As promised, my technician called while en route and showed up when promised. He was friendly and professional. He identified the problem in less than five minutes and had it fixed within 15! He did not try to "up-sell" anything. I had called other providers and they cost more than twice as much for the diagnostic call. I will definitely call Taylor first next time I need service. more

Pleased with service 8/21/2018

Brett came at the scheduled time, and called first, which was helpful. He got the primary task of furnace "tune-up" done, and was able to make an adjustment in dampers to improve air distribution. He also offered some advise about hot water heater maintenance. He was professional and courteous. He informed me of other services (AC and air purification) without being pushy. Office staff was helpful in arranging the appointment. more

100% best customer service 8/19/2018

I can honestly say I have never had such great customer service with any company ever before. Our air conditioning unit went out and they were there the next day and were able to get the parts and fix it right away. I was genuinely shocked that they got back to me as quickly as they did. I will absolutely recommend this company to anybody that needs any HVAC care. Thank you Travis and Jason for everything! more

Cameron called about 30 minutes after the appointment time to say he was running behind and then called again to ask where we were located; his GPS took him to Milton instead of Puyallup as he didn't have the complete address. Once he go there, he was quick and efficient. more

Losing A/C in heat didn't take long to fix. 8/2/2018

We lost our A/C due to a failing blower motor during a period where the temps were in the 90's. Luckily, the part was still under warranty and Taylor was able to get Lennox to ship one quickly. When the part arrived it was immediately installed and our A/C has been purring like a really cool kitten ever since. Thanks, Taylor. You're an amazing company with great customer support. So glad that you're our Heating and Cooling team. You've always been there when we've needed you and that speaks volumes your quality of service. more

Second time using Taylor Heating 6/19/2018

Have used Taylor Heating twice now in 2 separate homes. Their flexibility/communication around my family's busy work schedules and customer care has been phenomenal! Have been extremely happy with both units. My wife was so happy with them the 1st time, she had me call them even before we moved our bed and couch into the new house!! Would use them again if needed, hands down. Cheers. more
