Worst

No heat! Cold! They fixed. Hooray! 10/19/2018

Our electric furnace started tripping the breaker on the electrical panel. Based on my description on the issue they thought it was just an old breaker. It was! Replaced the breaker same day. The heat is on! Job well done. more

Awesome Fast Service 10/18/2018

I called Taylor Heating at 8am after waking up to my furnace going out over the night. They came by 12pm and fixed the burnt out coil in about 15 minutes. I was expecting not to get anybody until the next day, but they came through for me, especially when I was expecting company in that day from Thailand. more

Overall not bad; with a little training could be a 5 star. 10/16/2018

Cutting holes to big; and keeping their work area clean so that other don't have to step-over or walk around their tools, and material etc. Comments by other contractors were upsetting. more

Taylor Heating Service Call 9/27/2018

We have worked with Taylor a little over a Year since our Heat went out. They came same day it went out, and replaced it with a New Furnace that same Day! They give you reminders when you should get a check-up, and the Technicians they send are not only very knowledgeable but they explain every thing they do. I would ask for " Brett " if you need a Service Call! more

New Furnace & Heat Pump Happiness! 9/24/2018

We are very pleased with the new furnace and heat pump that Taylor Heating & A/C installed. Customer service was excellent from the first visit to the installation! James really listened to what our needs were and provided quotes for a new heat pump only and then per my request for furnace & heat pump. The office provided great communication on when the crew would be out to install and each step for the installation was relayed. The installation crew were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and did an awesome job with placement of items where we wanted them. I would recommend Taylor Heating & A/C for going beyond expectations on product, installation and price! more

Exelant services and no complaints. 9/23/2018

There are no other companies that I would ever use. Taylor Heating and cooling was and is top notch. They did the installation and clean up in record time. They came in the house and made darn sure we knew how to use the new system. Nobody took any breaks. They knew we were without heat and with in a few hour's our home felt like home again. I would very much recommend them to everyone. more
