My Review of Taylor Ford: Everyone was very friendly; John Mann was by far one of the best car salesman I have ever worked with. I will definitely return when I am ready for another new car. The dealership is thorough and will explain everything to you. Even if you come back three days later! The manager sat down with me personally to go over my questions. Highly recommended dealer and sales man!! more

Great Staff!! 2/17/2011

Taylor Ford is a great dealer with a very helpful staff. The service department always gets me in and out or gets me a ride to work if they need my car for the day. I have got my last 3 cars from Taylor Ford and will continue to do so for years to come. more

WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 10/3/2007

TOTAL RIP OFF. ENDED UP PAYING TWICE AS MUCH FOR A CAR THAT BROKE DOWN ON ME THE FIRST WEEK WE HAD IT!! CAR WAS IN A FLOOD AND WHEN I MENTIONED IT TO THE MANAGER HE THREATENED ME AND TOLD ME TO GET THE @#% OUT Cons: LOTS OF CONS more

I brought in my 2003 Ford Mustang Cobra for some warrenty work. At first, they claimed nothing was wrong, and they needed it to be re-explained to them... then, they "fixed" it, I picked it up, and it was worse then before. The driver side door (which needed to be fixed because some sort of tape was coming up from the window area), was on WRONG! I know they knew it was put back together wrong, but they gave it back to me as if it was perfect, and it needed to be fixed AGAIN! They also added THEIR license plate cover and took the one I had on it off...I will drive to another dealership service station from now on. more
