From the first time I called the staff was amazing! Being on Healthy Families it was so hard finding a pediatric dentist who could help us! After a friend recommended MAS I called to set up an appointment for my daughter who was in desperate need of dental care! I was greeted by a receptionist who was so kind and sweet! My daugter who is usually very timid with strangers took to this group of women immediately! They are hands down the best staff of doctors, nurses and receptionists I have ever dealt with! My children will be patients until they are to old to go! ;) more

THIS NOT THE PRACTICE FOR YOUR CHILD. I am a mother of two in the folsom area and was looking for someone in-network with my insurance and Make a Smile seemed to be great, although I was sad to leave our previous pediatric dentist. My child has been diagnosed and treated at another office in the area, and was able to get a cavity filled with no problem. When we switched to Make a smile to save on cost, it was the biggest mistake ever! They did not seem to understand that my child is sensitive and needs some TLC. They were very brash and uncaring. They did a cleaning at the first visit (which she had, had a month before at the other office) without even asking me! My ins didnt cover it, and they made me pay for it, when it was not something she needed. After doing the cleaning they informed me the only way they could treat her was to strap her down. If not she would be referred to an office that puts her to sleep! I was shocked and upset that they didnt care to take time with her becaus more

I have been taking my son to this dental office for 3 years now and it has been great! They work with my insurance very well and everything runs smoothly. My son goes every 6 months for a check up and has just started the braces process with the orthodontist there. At my last appointment we were able to see his regular dentist for the cleaning and right after that have the braces put on, which was extremely convenient with my busy schedule. more

Great Ortho office for all ages. My Son loves to get his braces tighten every month. Very nice orthodontist, Great environment! My sons girlfriend is going to get braces done with them next month, she cant wait!! more

Once again I was blown away by this office. I have been bringing my kids here for a couple of years, not only do my kids absolutely love it here, but its easy to make an appointment (which is the part that usually drives me crazy, but not here), the last time we were there we arrived early and we were seen immediately (which is absolutely unheard of at any kind of medical practice)! The customer service is outstanding...and the praise that they gave my daughter for her good checkup was great! There is no way I would go to a different dentist for my kids, I only wish my adult dentist was this good. more

I highly recommend Folsom Pediatric Dental Practice to anyone with children. Their TVs in the ceiling and video games make this office an absolute paradise for children. As a mother, I know the dentist can be a dreadful thing for children. Dr. Tavallaei and staff made my child feel at ease. Who knew the dentist could be so fun? :) more

We have been seeing Dr. Monica for over 4 years. We couldn't be happier with her and her staff. The office is super kid friendly. My kids are always seen very quickly and Dr. Monica and her staff are especially patient and gentle with my special needs son. In all our years of seeing Dr. Monica we have never felt rushed. Monica Tavallaei was recommended by one of our friends. since my son got his first 2 teeth. she holds degree from boston university and New York university. and she is the only specialist in pediatric dentistry in Folsom. the place is very kids friendly, and Monica is a very patient and professional dentist. we had a great time there. plus, since it was my son's first visit, the exam was free. more
