I was recommended to Tate's to upholster my vanity stool. However, after having my item for two 1/2 months, I finally called him to get an update. He told me his surgery did not go as planned and that he could not ""get around"" to working on my stool. He recommended I ""find someone else"" to do the job! Although I sympathize with anyone having health issues, it's inexcusable to not call the client ahead of time and explain the situation. Also, a true customer service advocate would have offered to deliver my stool back to me instead of me having to pick it up. Be cautious!
