I love boba and I must say Tapioca Express in West Covina is one of the best boba. They offer crispy chicken, squidballs and other snackies. They have good service too. I've tried different branch of tapioca express and I have to say they're not tasty at all. If you want to try tapioca express you guys have to try the on in west covina,ca more
