I went here once and that will be it for me. I actually made an appointment and got there right on time, I ended up waiting a half an hour because the stylist was on her lunch break. Then when she returned she gossiped with the receptionist for another 15 minutes. My hair was washed and cut , but they did not blow it dry nor ask if I wanted it styled. I was fine with the cut, but the service was less than perfect. It was also quite expensive $35 for a simple wash and cut. They need to work on their customer service and it wouldn't be too bad.
