Excellent place to bring your treasures. Reasonable prices, clean, climate controlled temps. and well lit facilities. The staff are a wonderful couple who are very professional and highly approachable. Leaving after two years of renting here and I will not hesitate to return if our needs change. more

Highly Recommend!!! Professional & friendly service, convenient easy access, great rates, immaculately clean property. Greg is very helpful and goes out of his way to accommodate storage needs. I have to say that the service I have gotten from them is some of the better service I've had in a long time. They are always understanding when I've been a few days late on payments, and they are ALWAYS super friendly and pleasant to talk to. Thank you guys for being the best shop in town!! more

This is in response to Marie B.'s comment. The only way a unit gets locked out is if they are delinquint and we never change locks untill a customer tells us they are out of the unit. We can not delete a gate code until the customer is moved out it is not possable. I have no idea what this person is talking about, there is no scam you pre-pay for months on a month to month rental or you dont and just use it as a month to month the choice is always the customers. more

Do not rent from here! Learn from our mistake. It was only after we rented that friends told us of similar horror stories. They will scam you, delete your gate code and put thier own lock on your unit door even though you are paid up and not delinquent! So if you don't want to deal with that and have it be ""iffy"" as to whether or not you can access your belongings, then don't rent from here! more

Why rent somewhere else? 4/21/2011

I have been a tenant here for over a year now and I would NOT rent anywhere else. The new management staff here is the friendliest you'll find anywhere. The place is always clean, very well secured and well priced. more

New Management! 2/15/2011

I have been a tenant here for several years and have always been impressed by the facility. I was thrilled when they put in a new management team at the end of the year. The new manager is great! He is really personable and eager to help. Its a great change. more

Super nice facility 5/4/2009

This is a nice place. I have used both the vehicle/RV and the storage space. The manager is really nice and easy to work with and the facility is top notch. They keep the grounds clean and it feels very secure. You can't drive to a unit without a gate code, etc. Would definitely rent again. Pros: nice folks running the place, very clean, very secure more

This is a well run RV and Mini Storage! 3/16/2009

We have used the RV storage and the mini storage here. The mini storage is so new and clean compared to other facilities. The covered RV parking is a great option that you can't find very many places. The staff has treated us very well and we have had a great experience. The location on Cornell is really handy. I would rent here again and recommend to anyone looking for a good, well run storage facility. Pros: great rates, professional staff, CLEAN! Cons: none yet more

We have been a tenant at Tanasbourne for a few years now and love it. The staff has always been really helpful and the facility is in great shape. They keep it really clean and do a great job maintaining it. We have had NO issues at all. Great service, low rates, no hassle. Pros: location, features, faciltiy upkeep more

Very abrasive staff. Treated us as though their mistakes were in fact ours. They forgot to do auto draw for payment and blamed us until I showed them photo copy of agreement and authorization. 2/20/2008

It was on a Sunday and no one to contact. When we went back the following Monday we were told our rent was delinquent. After I showed copy of authorization the lady went to the file and retrieved their copy. No apology, just a very curt "" well I guess someone screwed up."" Last month the rate was increased. Again I recieved a phone call telling me I had given them a bad address. Once again I was able to show that they were using my emergency contact address instead of my mailing address. MMMMMMMM we are giving our 30 day notice today. Pros: location and security Cons: personnel more

Bad choice for storage!! 2/17/2008

Staff is very rude. Many customers/renters have left do to the live in staff being so rude and offensive. Tried to turn more business to Tanasbouren Mini storage but do to the short temper of staff who live at site and owner who does NOT!! care how you are treated I would never recommend Tanasbouren. Need better staff who can deal with customers with out hanging up phones or threating the renter. DON'T NOT USE this as a place to store anything. Bunch's or Sunset mini storage will treat you much better and with respect!! Pros: decent rates Cons: rud staff/not professional more
