Was very satisfied with work till it came down to customer service after there was 2 problems with pool. Noticed a stain on floor of pool. Called and they came out and told me that rebar had came through floor of pool. They told me they would call me to schedule a date for them to do repairs. Came home from work and thought I had lost all my water. No they came without calling. Proceeded to repair pool. when done told me to send water bill and bill for chemicals needed to get it stable. Now remember they showed up with no warning, meaning I had no time to call water company. When they received bill they shorted me at least $50. Said they would not pay the sewer portion. I could have had it removed by water company if they would have told me ahead of time they were coming out. Think it was very petty for a reputable or what I thought was a reputable company. \r Next I noticed that I was losing over a inch of water a day. they came and said they would have a company come out and check it. They did and found and fixed it. Have not lost a 1/2 inch in 2 months since. Problem was I was losing a inch of water a day last year and they told me it was from evaporation and never inspected it. wonder how much water I wasted in that year due to the leak they said was just evaporation.\r Vince more

Overall good experience and final product. 4/6/2010

There were many factors that made me decide to use Tampa Bay Pools: price was one of them. I really liked the final product. They did a new construction pool for me and it turned out well. Overall, I had a good experience with Tampa Bay Pools. more

Get a few estimates and then go with Tampa Bay Pools! 2/25/2010

I chose them because I was impressed with their company and their recommendations. The price and the quality of work they did were very good. I would definitely recommend Tampa Bay Pools. They stand behind their work and do everything they say they will. 2/24/2010

Tampa Bay Pools was recommended by a friend of mine, and we hired them to put in a new pool at our home. Our initial contact at the company, JC, was very patient with us, as we made a lot of changes to the project. My experience with JC was the reason we decided to use Tampa Bay Pools. Everybody at Tampa Bay Pools was great. I felt that they knew what they were doing and I had confidence that, if there was a problem, they would make it right. They did excellent work for us. I have recommended Tampa Bay Pools and will continue to recommend them because they stand by their work and do everything they say they will do. Carol Frier more

On time - on cost - top quality 2/23/2010

After having pools built by other companies in the Tampa Bay area over the last 18 years,I was apprehensive over the prospect of building another pool at a new residence. A colleague recommended Tampa Bay Pools, and based on that endorsement I contacted them. I found their services to be first rate from the initial survey and consideration of design aspects to the actual construction and completion. Every phase was on time, all costs as quoted,and quality was first rate. Modifications requested by me during the construction phase were handled quickly, and the construction supervisor continually kept us informed about scheduled activities. Process could not have gone smoother and the pool is beautiful. more

wonderful experience from begining to end 2/23/2010

My husband and I went to a home show and spoke to many companies. They all handed us brochures and assured us that they would contact us.(We gave them all our phone #'s and E-mail). Tampa Bay Pools was the only company that contacted us. (to this day). We met with Matthew Lent and he was so thorough, he was definately not "the salesman" very easy going and not pushy at all. We loved that. Matt kept in constant contact with us and Mike the team leader was excellent.I did call a few times with questions and he called back every time with answers. The other Mike who did the foundation was always on time and totally professional. He was a pleasure to have around. We were amazed at how clean the job was. There was never a mess. Every single person that was involved was wonderful to deal with. Even the office ladies who we spoke to a couple of times were so easy going and helpful. This company I believe is a perfect example of a well oiled machine. Everyone seems to work together so so well. The product of the pool is perfect. We have had no problems and we have thoroughly enjoyed our pool. I would recommend them without any hesitation and in fact have given out several business cards. I would not hesitate to give my name and personal opinion to someone that would be considering having this company build their pool. Thank You Ana Valenti more
