A wonderful production 12/5/2005

I have seen several things at this location and I always left feeling more than satisfied with the facility. The seating is phenomenal so that you feel like you are watching a play on Broadway. There is a courteous flicker of the lights when the show is about to begin and when the intermission is done. This is useful so that you are sure not to miss a thing. They offer many different refreshments and a great price too. more

Excellent Acoustics 8/8/2005

The tampa bay performing arts center is one of the better theaters in the area. The acoustics in the main hall are excellent and the view from most seats is above average (granted some of the seats in the balcony are quite a distance from the actual stage). Parking in the area can be difficult. Arrive a little early and park in one of the lots north of the TPAC to get in and out faster. more

Exactly as you'd expect 8/5/2005

We had a very nice evening about 5 years ago at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center. We saw the Phantom of the Opera. The performance was great and even though we had fairly cheap seats it was still a very nice experience. The crows was older as you'd expect but they didn't seem to look down at younger folks at all. more
