I had looked at multiple dealerships from Birmingham, Al to Austell, Ga back to Hoover ,Al. I went to the dealership know wth i wanted to pay for an Elantra. I already had my financing approved and this should have been an easy sale. I could not get assistance at the birmingham lot they directed me to ther used cars for th price i offered. The Georgia dealerships didnt want to adjust their prices. When i went to Tameron they explained they couldn't get me in the Elantra for the price i offered, but offered me a deal i couldn't refuse on the Sonata. I paid less for the Sonata than the offer i received from the other dealerships for a smaller car. Tameron will be my dealership from this day forward. more

We have just finished the purchase of a new Genesis from Tameron Hyundai in Hoover. Our experience with Tameron was very positive. We found their sales staff to be very helpful, without making us feel pressured to buy. Eddie Sterling, who handled our sale, has an excellent knowledge of Hyudai's product line. Our questions were always answered, and he was always friendly and professional. We are very pleased with how the sale turned out, and are thoroughly impressed with the quality and features Hyundai has come up with. more

First Class Dealership 12/1/2010

We live in Montgomery and were looking for a 2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track, and found one on the Tameron website. I requested an online quote, and received a very competitve price. In fact, based on research on a Genesis Coupe online forum, I got a better price than anyone I've talked with in the Southeast. Carol Hoyt was my salesperson. We were completely impressed with her professionalism and the fact that she knew this sports car inside and out. She made sure our test drive was very thorough, and explained the car's features clearly. She was the most pleasant salesperson I have dealt with over the years. In fact, we were treated well by everyone we came in contact with while we were there. It was by far the best new car buying experience I have had, and I have bought seven new cars prior to this one. more

not honest 5/24/2009

I recently drove all the way to Birmingham from Montgomery because I was told by a salesmen that the car I wanted they had on the lot. When my family arrived we were told they had just sold it. I am sure they just told me this lie to get us onto the lot. We left and went to Brannon Honda and did buy our new used car there. Also the salesman said he had checked with his manager and the car was there when I called. They had my cell number but did not bother to call, but let me drive from Montgomery to Hoover thinking I would buy another car once I got there. Will never call Tameron again.I would never go onto Tameron's lot again. more

Fantastic customer service 11/30/2005

I recently had some work done on my Honda at Tameron and the whole experience was absolutely top-notch. At the check-in, the service person was very polite, made sure we understood what was going to happen, and was careful to give me a time that the car would be ready. They finished the work on the car far sooner than their estimate and they called as soon as they finished. I had my car back in tip-top shape after only half the time they originally estimated and their cost-estimate of the job was spot-on. A couple of days after the service they contacted me by phone to make sure that I was happy with the experience. Now that's customer service! more

Great customer service, fair prices 11/18/2005

I have used Tameron for repairs on my Honda several times and it's always been a pleasant experience. They have picked me and my two young children up and dropped us off as a curtosey while fixing my car. They have even done simple repairs without charge before. They were also one of the lowest prices when I needed some work done. And they are ALWAYS polite and go out of their way to ensure that you are havigng a good experience with them. more
