Unless you buy here, don't attempt to use them 1/30/2014

I have had to bring in my Sonata in a few times for warranty repairs. I did not buy my car at this dealership. They do not accept warranty repairs on weekends, and are very unhelpful when asked for help with other issues like BlueLink or other related issues. They will refer you to a brochure or online. With service like this, it ensures I will never buy here. more

If you own a Hyuandai (or any car for that matter) and need a good service department, Tameron is the dealership for you. I know that there are other dealerships in Alabama but I have a hard time believing that they can do better by you than Tameron. more

I purchased my Vera Cruz two years ago and got the extended warranty. It was explained to me it covered everything. When I take the vehicle in because my back doors will not open from the inside nor lock from the outside. The service department would not fix them under warranty because this is "trim work". I have have numerous small things break That are not covered. This door issue isn't isolated, I know another Vera Cruz owner who has the same problem. This should be a recall, but it should also be covered under warranty. more
