Try to charge for things that most dealers consider a cost of doing business (like prepping the car when it comes off the truck, and things like getting your loan approved). Try to charge for stuff like paint protection which is nothing more than Mop'N Glow, and all sorts of other dubious business practices. Unfortunately, the other 2 dealers in the Birmingham area seem to be just as bad.
In short, travel to a better dealer, like maybe Bentley in Huntsville. Avoid these guys like the plague.
