Let's see. I called them about a new car, and was told that I would have to pay for the PDI of the car, as well as pay them a fee to get my loan approved. (And the way that I was to pay these, was through paying MSRP for the car). They also wanted to charge me $595 for paint protection, fabric protection, etc. They also want $399 DOC fee.
In short, avoid these guys like the plague, these were just the sleazy tricks they tried to pull on me over the phone, can you imagine what they'd be if you were there in person?
