Dr. Marcus....My only ""tip"" for you is to continue your competent and caring practice. The review below from ""stackshady"" is as fake as fake can be. Told to ""sit down and shut up"". Give me a break! ""Billed for $500.00?"" You would either pay for the visit at the time or used insurance. They sent you a receipt with the word ""sucker"" written on it? STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR! Pros - None Cons - Very Expensive - Inexperienced - Extremely Rude Staff AND Doctor - Poor Diagnosis Dr. Marcus (if you even want to call her a doctor) is the most ridiculous doctor I've ever been to in my life. I walked into her office and was greeted by extremely rude staff that told me to sit down and shut up in a very snappy tone (I wasn't even talking!). I then proceeded to the room and received the most bizarre diagnosis I've ever head in my life. She said something about my toe nail rubbing up against my skin when in fact I had a horrible fungus as diagnosed and treated by another podiatrist. Dr. Marcus was also extremely rude and spent 3 minutes with me in the room. A week later, I got a $500 bill for a 3 MINUTE office visit! Are you kidding me?! I held off on paying it for 3 months, and then wrote a letter about my dissatisfaction with their office. They took my payment and mailed me the receipt with the word ""Sucker"" on it. Again, are you serious?! I never received a response from her. I usually don't complain, and this is one of the few times I've wrote a review on the internet, but this doctor is just absolutely ridiculous. Stay clear. You will regret it if you visit Dr. Tamara E Marcus. more
