Question: How many Tallyrand employees does it take to slip a closed sign up in the window when you start walking towards the door during their business hours?
Answer: Only one person needed. On Tueday of this week, at 9:30 in the pm, my family and I decide to go to one of our favorite restaurants, Tallyrand. As we parked, and started to head to the entrance, an employee in a white shirt quickly slipped the closed sign into the window, right in front of us. Since we were close enough to view on the sign that on Tuesday nights, Tallyrand closes at 10pm, not 9:30pm, you can imagine how we would feel. Once we got back into our car, to locate a place that would be interested in our business, I called Tallyrand and asked when they close. The employee on the phone indicated that Tallyrand had already closed for the evening. I replied that the sign said 10pm. The employee responded that the restaurant had been empty for an hour, where as you could clearly see people still sitting at tables. At that point I requested to speak with the owner, who was not in that evening.
Tallyrand has lost yet another loyal patron.
