I absolutely love going to Talkies whenever I can. The food is delicious and inexpensive and the staff is personable and fun. I could spend my whole day there working on my computer for free or hanging out with my friends watching movies on their projector screen. It's comfortable, the coffee is great, and the deli is an added bonus. I can't say enough about how much I love this place! Pros: It offers something for everyone more

Love it! 3/18/2005

This coffeehouse has something for everyone! The front part of the store is good for converstaion without having to worry about disturbing other patrons. The next room features cushy, over-sized chairs to enjoy old movies. The third room is just for quiet study & reading (with the same comfy chairs). I went there to read my book and ended up watching a classic Hitchcock film. The server was very friendly and the service was quick. I think this place is great and I highly recommend it! more
