I live in Glenwood North and have nothing but good things to say about Talis as our HOA. Everything is effort and pain LESS. I pay my dues online and if I have to make a call into the office which is rare, I always get to who I need. Thanks for the superior service. more

J** H***** gave the Treasurer’s report at the Board meeting last night. She was very complimentary about the responsiveness of the Financial Department, Karen in particular. Karen has made my job much easier—both now and at contract renewal time (which is just a few short months away). Thank you! more

Board member 2/4/2014

Homeowners have many tools at their disposal that greatly increase communication and would be unavailable when using other property management companies. What sets Talis apart is the way problems are addressed, and I believe this gives them a leg up on other management companies in the area. I am on my communities Board and have nothing but good things to say. more

Very impressive HOA management 1/18/2014

I just want to let you know that I am very happy with the crepe myrtle planting. It looks great! Can't wait to see the foliage and blooms later. They also filled in topsoil over all the wood chips, and graded the part around the tree flat! Thanks for continuing to keep me up to date on the progress, and for working with me on this. I am so very happy with Talis and have no problems with them as my HOA. more
