If you love elegantly presented sashimi and rolls, this will be your favorite sushi bar. The restaurant itself is very casual and friendly, and has very reasonable prices, so its sort of a shock when the food arrives and is presented as if you are in a five-star hotel. The owner is always there and clearly runs a very tight ship, yet he always stops by your table and never forgets to show his genuine appreciation for your business. The sushi chefs laugh frequently, enjoy beer, and there is usually a baseball game or other sports event playing on the television. It can become crowded on Friday or Saturday evenings, but the wait is rarely longer than ten minutes. Favorite dish: the ""Moorpark"" roll.
Pros: amazing food, reasonable prices, great staff
